Conversation with Amal Ballu

Here’s another beautiful conversation with Amal Ballu. Amal has been working with visible minorities in building capacity and as a mother of a child with abilities, she has grown passionate about creating inclusive learning environments by educating the community. Personally lived experiences are like the power generator that light up closed hearts helping them believe who you are.

Her message to caregivers, mothers and us alike is that you are not lifting a mountain alone. She says believe in “your abilities,” “read, gather as much information” and “advocate for yourself.” “Share your story” and “not to be ashamed of your stories”, whatever it is know that “you bring value”.

How the circumstances can change the course of one’s career plan, and direct towards a pathway that may wrap others under its shade bringing in the light; this is what Amal is all about. She has developed ‘NASMAI Enterprises’ which focusses on promoting health and well-being with cultural competencies. Looking forward to another conversation on NASMAI Enterprises with her soon.

Listen, and share to inspire others at just the right time! If you want to inspire through your journey and experience, lets talk:)
